Delta Systems and Elevato Complete Separation Into Two Independant Companies

COLUMBIA, MO. – April 9, 2026 – Delta Systems and Elevato announced they have completed a full separation into two independent companies. Elevato will continue operating as a standalone marketing company. Delta Systems returns to operating solely as a software engineering firm, working with B2B companies on technical leadership, product development, and system modernization.

The two companies came together in 2021, when Delta Systems and Venta Marketing merged to form Elevato. Since then, the combined team has served clients across engineering, marketing, design, hosting, and multimedia work.

As both sides of the business have grown, each has developed a distinct client base, service model, and team structure. The separation allows each company to operate with a sharper focus: Elevato on marketing, and Delta Systems on software engineering.

Jake Sheafer will continue to lead Delta Systems as Chief Executive Officer.

“Delta Systems started as a software engineering company, and this is a return to that focus,” said Sheafer. “Our clients need a technical partner who is heads-down on engineering, and this gives them that.”

Delta Systems works with SaaS founders and technical operators at companies with roughly 15 to 500 employees, offering Fractional CTO services, CTO Audits, MVP Development, AI Agent and AI Integration work, and Legacy Rails Modernization. The company operates as a remote, on-demand engineering team, with a client base that includes early-stage founders and established operators who need senior technical judgment without a full-time hire.

Elevato will continue to operate independently under its own leadership. Delta Systems and Elevato remain on good terms and expect to continue working together where client needs call for both engineering and marketing expertise.
