Voigt Smith Innovation (VSI)

Based in Le Center, Minnesota, Voigt Smith Innovation (VSI) was known for its industry-leading liquid deicing equipment for snow and ice contractors offering both brine makers and applicators, and smart-connected technologies.  Created in 2020, the Voigt Smith Innovation App allowed VSI customers to operate their VSI sprayer, use auto rate control via sensor and GPS data, and track their usage in CSV format.  All spray data including location (latitude/longitude), time, temperature, gallons applied on lots, gallons applied with the hose reel on sidewalks, average application rate and more could be tracked on the smartphone application.
